Rafał Targosz, Chef de Cuisine at Gavi Restaurant, combines experience, passion and a modern approach to Polish cuisine. At the restaurant, he has created an original menu inspired by the traditions of Old Polish cuisine, reinterpreted through the use of seasonal ingredients and contemporary culinary techniques.
